Maternity Sizing See All Sizing Charts

The size you'll wear during pregnancy & feeding will differ from your pre-pregnancy size. To find the best fit for your maternity needs, we work from your pre-pregnancy size, taking in to account the stage of pregnancy that you are in.

We may not have your size in every stage, please Live Chat us for help!

First Trimester

(2-13 weeks)

Pregnancy hormones lead to glandular development. Many women experience rapid growth in breast size at this stage of the pregnancy, making it an ideal time to think about new lingerie.

Second Trimester

(14-27 weeks)

Breast growth may slow but the ribcage will start to expand to accommodate your growing baby. The size you wear at this stage is also recommended at stage 5.

Third Trimester

(28 weeks - birth)

As you reach the end of your pregnancy, your band & cup will be at their fullest. You may be able to wear the same size as you did in stage 2, loosened out onto the last hook, or may need to be fitted in a slightly larger size.

Post Natal

(0-4 weeks)

Breasts may swell and change size rapidly as they regulate milk flow. You may wear the same size here as in stage 3, on the loosest hook. You may also prefer to wear a relaxed, seamless style, like our Bonnie Crop, especially during the early days at hospital or home.

Post Natal

(4+ weeks) weeks

Milk flow is now regulated and cup size has stabilised other than daily fluctuations. Your ribcage may start to reduce in size. This is a good time to re-introduce the size you wore during stage 1 & 2.

For optimal wear & longevity, we recommend buying for stages 2 & 3. During the later stages of feeding you may find you return to your pre-pregnancy size. It’s important to be re-fitted if at any point your bra feels restrictive.
