If you have placed an order or have given us your email address you may receive promotional marketing emails from Lonely. If you are located in the EU you must opt in by checking the opt in box at checkout. If you opt out of receiving communication from Lonely we retain the right to send you non marketing communication, such as order confirmations, password update, details of changes to our website and shipping confirmations. Lonely Hearts Club Ltd uses Cookies through lonelylabel.com to enhance the user experience. INSPECTLET:

Inspectlet is a data processing application, it collects and stores the following data on behalf of Lonely; country, URL referral, time zone, browser type and version, device type and version operating system type and version, screen size, user last seen date, mouse activity and key board activity, html content that isn't marked as sensitive. Inspectlet is fully compliant under GDPR, more details can be seen here. We use Inspectlet data to help design and develop a better service and brand environment for the user through understanding browsing behaviours.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS:

You can opt out of tracking by Google Analytics by using Google Ad settings or going here. We use Google Analytics data to help tailor and enhance the customer experience, understand our customer markets and improve the products and services of lonelylabel.com.

LIVE CHAT:

When you engage with us on LiveChat we gather information such as IP address, location and email address, we log and record chat transcribes and use this information to improve our service experiences. We do not disclose, sell or share personal information gathered in chats outside of lonelylabel.com unless it is to develop functionality of the chat feature with our third party technical development partner for the purpose of improved service and site experience.

Lonely Hearts Club Ltd can collect data when Gift Cards are purchased, data collected is the transactional data associated with the sale for the purchaser and the email address of the receiver. Any note written to accompany the Gift Card is recorded by Lonely Hearts Club Ltd and visible to our internal web team.
